A lawyer and partner in the company, Joanne has been central to the development of the volume services practice over the past 10 years. She has particular expertise in business processing, operations management and people development. Together with her management team she is responsible for over 150 professionals.
As well as directing operations, Joanne is involved in developing new and existing client solutions, pre-sales support and key account management.
