We also offer a 24/7 online case tracking facility which enables the progress of each case to be tracked individually and incorporates ‘self-service’ management information reports.

Our experience

We have over a decade of experience in handling volume remortgage conveyancing and separate representation services for a number of major lenders in the business finance, secured lending and social housing markets. We were among the first firms to deliver volume remortgage services to the lending sector in 1999 and we are one of the few original service providers remaining in this sector.

Due to the flexibility of our systems, structure and supply of staff across all our volume operations we are able to scale up the operation at very short notice.

Capacity management is one of our key strengths and we are experienced in dealing with fluctuating levels of instructions in a way in which our performance and customer service levels are maintained. Consistency of performance is critical to our clients in both these areas.
